The hotel is absolutely stunning. The reception is always available, although sometimes the staff is not at the counter, but they provide you with a code to open the door, allowing for complete autonomy and convenience. The room was, for me, the best of the entire trip to Japan. It's quite spacious by local standards and equipped with every comfort. Truly comfortable, super quiet, and perfect for ...

Nice and handy to station. Room small but bigger than our last place so gets a star for that. Serviced every 3 days so had to ask for clean towels.

In general otel is good and recently renovated, room and bed size were ok for Japanese standards. I cut starts because of very late check in time. We arrived 15mins early syaff said we will charge additional amount for early check in 😅

The room was great, very spacious. I traveled with my 10-year-old twin daughters. Each of us had a bed. The staff were nice if at the desk. Not located by any major street, so getting transportation from hotel to anywhere was difficult.
