The room is located only less then 10 minutes walking distance from Kyoto Station, a very convenient location. The staff are very helpful and kind. The cherry on top is the free fragrance rental service. It really made the entire stay more special and memorable.

Clean room and we are satisfied with it. Quality service. We came in around 6am, was greeted by friendly and helpful staffs. The hotel lobby provided variety of Japanese tea for customers. But there are two hotel building, one of them is an adjacent building that you need to walk for 2 minute to reach there. Other than that, all are good.

At the ground floor you have free luggage storage, laundry, vendo, money changer machines conveniently l...

Clean environment, very new facilities, friendly english-speaking staff, convenient luggage locking area for check in and check out days, great selection of tea to try out for free. Would be great if the annex buildin...
