Clean, affordable hotel with all the lovely extras you'd expect at a nice hotel in Japan. There is one vending machine on the ground floor. I like that they had a water machine for refilling bottles. The room is small with the bed against the wall, but it is adequate. Felt like a comfortable queen size bed. The location is perfect. Stayed here for one night in early July recently. Easy walk from Kyoto station. Room clean and reasonable size. Not noisy even though facing a junction.

I stayed there at the end of June. The room was very clean and the bathroom was equipped with a small bath tub. The bed is comfortable and the hotel provided pajamas. Despite its pretty small size, the room was sufficient for two cabin size luggage. The staff were very helpful. Oh, the location is excellent. It is close to Kyoto Station and there are many convenient stores near the hotel.

The room was bigger than others hotel at the same price. Good location and they can keep luggages for you before check-in and after check-out.
