Superb hotel, immaculate maintenance, breakfast staff are just amazing, beds quite comfortable, breakfasts here are the best hotel breakfast in a month of travel (including Princess cruise) 300m to Shinkansen is a bonus! Quiet aircon, unobtrusive room service: faultless. PS windows easily open for fresh air, air con off for the duration of our 3 day stay.

Great hotel! Room and bed were spacious. Clean room and bathroom. Across the street from Kyoto station, bus terminal right next door, private access to mall with Don Quijote and a &-eleven (among other stores). Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay with good location . Right opposite Kyoto station with Avanti mall just beside the hotel. Room size was reasonable and breakfast spread was good . There was also free drinks offered between 2-8pm and also free face amenities. Would love to stay at the hotel again. .
