The hotel is really nice & clean. It is in a very calm neighborhood and a bit further away from any public transportation. Google maps was always telling us that the easiest way to get to famous places in Kyoto was by walk and it was at least 30 minutes. So for some that might be a bit too hidden. This hotel is excellent across the board. The facilities are clean, spacious, and comfortable, its location is unbeatable, and the staff's service and attention are outstanding. It is highly recommended. As a constructive suggestion, it would be very helpful to improve the internet (Wi-Fi) connectivity, as it is currently only possible to use it on a single device per guest/room.
