My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights recently. We chose it for its location, being only 2 minutes walk from Gojo station and a very walkable 15 minutes to Kyoto station. There are nearly bus stops for many routes and there are konbinis as well as a very well stocked 24Hr supermart nearly. There is an ongoing construction next door until 2027 summer. It’s noisy during the day. The room is fine but the humidifier was super dusty. Bigger space than APA hotels!

Nice hotel but lack of cleanliness. I can agree with the other reviews from months ago. The amount of dust built up is disgusting, I have experienced the worst allergies for the 2 nights we have been here. Even the service of makeup my room, the bedding is thrown together and that’s it, no wipe down of basin/toilets or vacuuming was done. Your cleanliness needs attention.

Dusty!! If you have allergies don't stay here. It will ruin your trip. They do not truly clean daily. Bring your allergy meds. If they cant dust and vacuum properly, I wonfer what else they arent cleaning properly. Location is around the corner from the subway elevator.
