I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. But what really made our stay special was the excellent service we received from Joseph. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. His warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you, Josep...

I loved everything about this location. Joseph (front desk employee) was a wonderful, wonderful person. He was extremely helpful, very courteous, made great recommendations, and had a wonderful smile on his face. The breakfast was great. The afternoon tea was not a big deal. Now why did I have it 4 stars. First, the bathroom set up was horrible for a family. The washroom exited to the room. There ...

First, I would like to note that it is totally not a hotel’s fault. Facilities were great, even though there are only two hair dries in the powder room of public bath, but we have one in our room, so it is not a problem. Problem is THE GUEST. The lady who looks in her good age of having common sense, brought her phone inside of the public bath, where people are all naked, including small childre...

We loved our stay so much that we extended it an extra night. The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station and a 15/20 minute walk to the heart of Kyoto. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Joseph helped us with our transfer to the next city as well as, provided recommendations. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning with made to order omelets and ...

The rooms are great. Good size and good beds. The room cleaning is always made after 4pm, which was not very convenient, but manageable. The location is great if you want to be a little bit outside of the action. For a next visit I'd look for a hotel right in the action, but if you want calm, it is great for that. Well located for public transport.
