The room was spacious, it was really comfortable. But somehow, the changing room in woman’s public bath, smells really really funny like stinky feet 🦶🏻. The smell lasted all four nights that we stayed there. Apart from that, everything was amazing. The breakfast were really generous too. Very sleek and luxurious, and only about 5 minutes from Kyoto Station — perfect location. The bathroom setup was great, with a separate toilet, sink, and a shower/bath area that felt way above average. Tons of free amenities, and there’s even a rooftop onsen. On the pricier side, but definitely worth it if you want to treat yourself a bit.

Had a great stay here – rooms were clean and comfy and the location was good for exploring Kyoto. Right near Kyoto station The staff were legends, really friendly and helpful the whole time. It’s a pretty fancy place, everything felt nice and easy, and it was a great little home base for a few days. Would definitely recommend if you’re keen to explore Kyoto without blowing the budget.

The hotel should be TRANSPARENT upfront during room reservation on their bed sharing policy with child above 6 yo. There’s a charge of 3k+ per night ! Pillow is hard as rock. Towel smells like tempura. Others are fine.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the spacious public bath and large bathtub. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, and both FamilyMart and Lawson are just around...
