This hotel is amazing.The kids loved that there was a projector in the room with a tv as well!The check in and out process was really smooth even though there were no staff.You use the iPad in the lobby to check in and out.The refrigerator was full of different drinks and snacks that were really good. There is nothing negative about Rakuten Stay Terrace if you have the basic skills to do an online booking. Check-in is easy done with the code they will email you. If you're not impressed with your room than nothing will. There's everything in there! We booked the room with its own onsen and balcony hot foot bath which seats 4.
