Kinnotake Tonosawa (couple trip)

We spent the last night of our 10 day Japan trip here, and it was an amazing and relaxing way to wrap up our travels. Our room was luxurious, the outdoor tub is the thing of dreams. The food was great. Everyone who worked there was super kind and the amenities were top notch.

The hotel is great, the service is amazing and very attentive. I would say there are things they can improve and imement to very easily become an even better option: 1. They have a system which is kind of confusing where you decide not to have room service for a 2000, 1000 or 500 yen coupon, depending on what you "skip" on room service. Really enjoyed our stay here. It would be a great place for a couple to celebrate a special day. We were four people (family), and the room was spacious, quiet, and private.
