Hakone Pax Yoshino (with baby)

The hotel is older, but it has a beautiful energy. We had a luxurious clean bathroom, a large room, a comfortable bed, friendly staff and a relaxing onsen. I negatively rate the key lock in the room and the absence of an electronic card. Almost Hakone is full of tourists

I had a glorious brief and relaxing stay here. Bed was comfy, the rooms are traditional and they can make them a bit more accessible to foreigners with mattresses off the floor rather than futons. Overall, a below average experience. The food (Kaiseki dinner and breakfast) was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very dated. Cleanliness was not an issue, but the furnishings and fittings were all showing signs of age (leaky taps, rusted sink, etc). An unforgettable and amazing experience during a trip to Japan. The hotel is large and offers great services.
