We had a wonderful family stay at Fuji Hakone Guest House. It truly offers everything you’d expect from a traditional Japanese guest house. The place is spotless, and we loved using the indoor and outdoor onsen every day. A special shout-out to the hosts for the warmest welcome—they were always available, helpful, and happy to chat. We did not have a hotel reservation and visited in the hope of using the outdoor onsen. We were welcomed really warmly by the host at the property who was lovely and accommodating.
