Blisstia Hakone Sengokuhara (couple trip)

Very nice hotel. The warm baths are amazing. Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Absolutely loved the hotel itself. The only negative point is really the staff: not very professional and not good at welcoming guests.

I have been to Hakone many times, but Blisstia is a new hotel, and as a solo traveler I was worried that check-in is QR code only. For some reason I assumed that there are no staff, which of course was not the case. The entrance to the hotel was easy to find, there are at least 3 huge boards showing the way. Luxurious boutique hotel in a great location. Quite recently built so fittings are all very fresh and pristine. Huge room with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Good hiking trails nearby and easy to catch public transport to the local attractions. Onsen on site too. And a great outdoor fire pit at night.

Amazing luxury hotel that matches 5 star hotels world-wide. Very spacious and luxurious rooms with a lovely welcome drink from friendly staff on arrival. The Onsen is lovely and the breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend to other travellers.
