Great onsen experience with a variety of outdoor baths. The nighttime ambiance was so relaxing.

The staff was extremely nice, using Google translation to explain everything to us. We went in the evening at around 7.30pm and there were only a few locals. The ladies part has 5 pools (1 inside and 4 outside) and the mens part 4 pools (1 inside and 3 outside). We can recommend this experience!

Affordable onsen with a lot of locals visiting so you know it's good. Staff speaks very little english but there isn't much to the visit. Pay 1100yen at the machine and you get a locker to store your belongings. If you've never been on an onsen or know the etiquette, please read up on it . May be uncomfortable for some but you have to go full nude in the onsen, you can however have a modesty tow...

We had a discounted ticket from our stay at Guesthouse Azito&bar which brought the price down to 500 Yen (from 1000 Yen) per person. The onsen is open from 10am to 10pm. It was definitely worth even full price but the discount was a plus! It was a very relaxing experience - the onsen is separated into male and female sections and it is a traditional one (you can only go in with a small towel whic...

We got special price of 500 yen entrance during our stay at Guesthouse Azito & Bar as part of their offer. There was inside bath and outside. The inside was warmer than the outside. There were at least 3 baths outside. It was very relaxing. Good place to de-stress.
In winter, watch steam rise against snow-dusted pines at the outdoor spring. On rainy days, head to the indoor cave baths for a dry, atmospheric soak.
