Gross! We visited the swimsuit pool area as visitors, did not stay at the hotel. It was crammed full of people. Some surfaces were slippery and almost all areas except the rest area upstairs were not clean. Locker rooms were slimy and dirty. We came to the water park. It was hideous. For children they can run around and have a good time. It is not for adults at all. So busy and tacky. Not relaxing at all..I did come on a weekend. The staff were very helpful but unless you have small kids don't bother.

The floor was wet (obviously) but we all had to go with bare feet.. making me worry all the time about getting foot bacteria that would make them fall off or grow fungus. Our family of 4 rented a car just to come here for a day. Place was spacious, plenty of lockers and different themed warm pools. Price is relatively cheap. We went to the water park- booked tickets online for the afternoon slot and rented towels for ¥250 each. Was very easy to fill many hours here. Lots of different novelty onsens to get in, the water everywhere was lovely and hot and even around the pool areas was really warm too, makes a change from uk public pools!
