I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with my family. I was comfortable throughout my stay at the hotel. The check-in was smooth, the room was clean, the bed might be a little hard. For the location, it was quite quiet, not crowded, but it was not far from Hakata and Tenjin stations. You can walk or use the subway to go to shopping centres including famous restaurants.
