Tenza Hotel at Hakata Station (couple trip)

Great hotel experience for a family of four! Room was clean and spacious, check in was smooth, staff were nice, good amenities, big clean bathroom with large tub and nice free extras in the lobby. Breakfast buffet had extensive options and quality was top notch. Best location for Hakata station, would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a little smaller than those in Australia but the tip is to book twin share singles to get 2 king singles beds. Air-conditioning has heating and cooling and works well. (Some hotels have heating only or is controlled by the hotel.) Breakfast has a reasonable selection. Great hotel in great location, short stroll from Hakata station and right in the middle of restaurants and entertainment district. The deluxe rooms are super spacious for Japanese standards and well worth the extra cost especially for families.
