Sutton Hotel Hakata City (solo trip)

I thought it was ok. The walls are thin and you can hear a lot. It's a great location close to Hakata Station. Kettle and fridge available in room. The decor is a little outdated but it was fine for a short stay.

There were only two small pillows in the double room. When I requested an extra pillow, I was told there would be an additional charge of 200 yen for each . I have stayed in different hotels in Hakata four times over the past year, and never once have I been asked to pay extra for a pillow. I find this extremely disappointing and incomprehensible. Moreover, the hotel is quite old. No shower caps ...

Great location in the city centre near Hakata Station. Room and toilet are decent, with acceptable levels of cleanliness. However, it id also surprisingly good as a location for digital detox, as the wifi doesn't work!

We booked a twin bed room for 2 nights, the room is actually quite big if we move the beds to one side, the toilet is spacious and very clean, but in general the hotel is pretty old. The air con was very weak which made the room super warm and stuffy even we opened the window, the staff did remind us this during check in but i really couldn’t stand the heat in the room, my baby was sweating throug...

One of the best hotel in hakata room was clean staff was friendly 1F hotel food was amazing hotel saff also kind and nice thak you for your hospitality
