Convenient location, 15 minutes walk from Hakata station. Straightforward self-check-in. We used the kitchen a couple of times for easy meals. The washing machine works fine, detergent and drying rack are provided.

Adequate room. AC worked well. Large space by Japanese standards. Kitchenette is functional. Beds are not comfortable. Kitchenette and toilet are were not clean when we arrived. 15 minute walk from Hakata Station.

Good location and well equipped apartments. Can be a bit tricky to navigate check-in and accessing the building, but once you work it out it is fine. Was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Spacious with kitchen (utilities included). Good to have Washing machines in the room for free Cons: Extremely noisy!!! The traffic down the building makes me feeling like sleeping next to a train station. (Must bring ear plugss)
