Richmond Hotel Tenjin Nishi-Dori (solo trip)

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I have stayed in Richmond Hotels before but never again. Arrived at 10am from an early flight and 12 hour journey. No check in before 14.00. Normal stuff. Left luggage and returned 5 hours later, even more tired. At check in I was asked to pay 2800 yen property tax for our 1 week stay. Perfect location as its in the midst of shops. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Its also good that jt has a self-service washer and dryer. It was also well-thought of that bathroom amenities are available at the lobby and guest can pick out essentials they need. Less waste! No variety of selection for breakfast tho but still good.

Hotel located at the center of Tenjin, closed to the airport railway and MTR. Many restaurants, shops and shopping malls were around. It's very convenient. The room was not big but clean.

Amazing location. Comfortable rooms. We had a couple of issues with the room cleanliness and tge service that may or may not be anectodal.

A very good place to stay. It is located near the main shopping areas and many places to good eats. Within 5 - 10 mins leisure walk to subway station. The room is small, as many Japanese hotels in key cities. But quite comfortable. The only lacking are the pillows, which they provide 2 types. Both are not suited to my liking.
