Booked a room here because they offer parking spaces. After booking and requesting a space for my motorcycle, they refused and told me to use an external space which is a hassle as most public car parking does not accept motorcycles. Very unfriendly towards motorcyclists.

The three person room was huge. The service from the staff whilst courteous was basic and they didn't go the extra mile. Breakfast at the hotel was mediocre when compared to other Japanese hotels and a little pricey. The restaurant starts closing down at 8:30am although they posted it was 9:00am so itlf you want items like bacon or sausage you need to get there really early.

Upon entering the rooms, I found hair and stains all over the furniture, which was very disappointing. Additionally, I discovered what appeared to be dried mucus in the wash basins. Although the staff claimed it was a pattern, I can clearly conf...

The lobby and front desk are spacious and clean - and that's about everything good you can say for this hotel. (We stayed for 1 night on 6 December 2024 and just couldn't bear another night- looked for another place) Once you step out of the lift, you're met with old, stained carpets musty hallways - and the rooms are just as bad. Walls peeling, mold on the shower curtains and stains on the bathtu...

The room is clean. However, the Hotel is quite dated with chipped paint and stained carpet. Cleaning service is every other day only. Location is by the river with rental bikes available. It is slightly far from Tenjin station (about 4-500m). Definitely walkable but not as convenient. Overall good value. Suitable for business travelled. Less so for family.
