The good: - Prime location near central Fukuoka - Clean facilities and hotel in good condition - Helpful English speaking staff - AC works great - Self-service amenities was convenient The bad: - Rooms are very small - Had to go multiple times to the laundry area to wash my clothes as the machines were in-use most of the time. I hate to have to give this review, but it has to be done. This is not a four star hotel, to even suggest this consciously is egregious. There’s no fridge in your room—you have to rely on three communal ones on the third floor, one of which reeks. When you need anything, the single phone on your floor is your only option, so if you forget your key, you’re locked out. The pride flag was also everywhere. A very woke establishment. The only upsides are the great location and acceptable cleanliness.

Never coming back. The room was extremely small, and the co-sharing space is shared with hotel staff.
