Booked the family room and room was spacious and bright. Generally clean except for some stains on the bedsheet and toilet floor and limescale on the top of the kettle. Location wise, it is decent. Quick place to stay while you wait for your main stay hotel while in Fukuoka. The bathroom fan didn’t work so the toilet aroma stuck around in the bathroom. Overall. This is one of the most disappointing apartments I have ever lived in at Fukuoka. No staff could ever been able to show up when you need help. We spent 30 mins to check in and it’s difficult to find the staff with the tablet at the front desk. The staff keep asking us to pay tax rather than assist us to check in. I forgot to take my luggage’s after checking out, although it’s unmanned hotel, the customer service helped to take them inside. The room is wonderfully spacious with kitchen cookwares and clothes washer. The best part is the tub that I could enjoy hot bath everyday. Highly recommended. Btw, it’s not to far to downtown probably 7-10min walk.
