The rooms were clean but the design of the room,where they placed a bench area beside the twin bed/fridge was awkward actually a waste of space. Like many other said, room is quite small and not cheap. Can barely open a 30" luggage, when two beds are pushed together. Advantage is quite near the city centre. Room is quite clean. Decent stay, average at best. Front desk customer service can be improved. They do have baby cribs to rent which was a plus. Laundry also available. Refrigerator did not freeze well at all or kept drinks cold. But their shuttle service to Hakata station did come in very handy.
