Hotel Torifito Hakata Gion (solo trip)

Spacious rooms, it even has a quite big desk. Comfortable bed too! The room looks very new and has a nice touch to the style. It is quite centralized with quite a few stations very close. I used 15 minutes out the door to get to the airport. Walking distance to downtown Fukuoka, you will have no problems getting to/from attractions in Fukuoka from this hotel.

Inroom toilet at 4th floor have unplesant (sewage-like) smell, unable to cover with deodorant. Seems it is a prolonged problem according to other reviews, definitely not worth the price. Staff at the front desk is ok (mostly Chinese and Korean) Quite far from train/subway station
