This hotel exceeds my expectations… the location is great… check in went smoothly and the staff were friendly… room is what you expect for a budget hotel in Japan… I would recommend breakfast… I will definitely return

This hotel gives you anxiety. The air quality is catastrophic and unregulated, which gave me lung pain. It's not enough that the room is so cramped – on top of that, as soon as you turn on the air conditioning, it's unbearably warm and humid. Not too bad for a hotel chain, very good staff and accommodating. Some cool quirky unique things like wine on arrival which separates it from boring Japanese chains. Couldninvest into the gym though!

Modern business hotel in the central Hakata area. While not especially large, the rooms are well-appointed with bed, desk, TV and a modern bathroom with shower. Service was friendly and helpful; free coffee and toiletries available for pickup from the lobby. Free lockable luggage storage, bus stop and convenience stores located nearby.
