Hotel JAL City Fukuoka Tenjin (couple trip)

I stayed here with my wife and infant son. We arrived later in the evening, around 10pm, but it was no problem getting checked in. The parking at the hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast was really good and gave us a good start to the day. I was glad to see that it started as early as 6:30am! Thank you!

Stayed here MANY times over the years. Consistent quality every time, very good breakfast and beverage options. Location is nice and quiet, away from the madness of Hakata…. Closer to the sea and beautiful parks than many other Fukuoka hotels. Staff at the front desk and Cafe Contrail are always attentive and pleased to see you..

Great location—just 10 meters from the metro and a 10-minute walk to shopping centers. The only issue was the room size. We were three people, but unlike other hotels I stayed at in Japan, the room felt too small for that.

It's a great location off of a train station! Super quick walk from exit three, though a brutal stair climb if you have bulky luggage. The rooms are standard and what you expect. What i appreciate is the shower being separated by a door to the bathroom, so that was a plus! Overall, the rooms are clean and nice for the price!

Very good location with easy access to the subway. Plenty of restaurant options in the area. The staff are very efficient and kind. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom was very spacious. The laundry room was clean and there are plenty of machines for the size of the building. We will definitely stay again.
