Clean and spacious. Complete with kitchen tools and dining utensils. They don't have dining table and chairs as most hotels or BNBs in Japan. Bathroom has tub and big enough than most bathroom. Separate toilet with automatic flush and flushable toilet paper is really a plus. The place is about 2.5km from the city center but UBER and Go taxi is always available. Writing this review because this hotel deserves it! If you are travelling with family this is the best hotel. Our room we booked is with kitchen with complete utensils and cookingwares. 2 toilets and bathroom. 1 private room and 2 beds by the living room. They have everything you need, smart TV for kids. Worth your money and good location!

Rooms are spacious and just as described. This is an unmanned facility and detailed instructions on check in and check out are communicated. No parking available on site. There’s a carpark across the street with the rates as shown. Unfortunately there’s construction going on now and it’s noisy in the day. Family mart close by. Not very near to Hakata station.

Check-in process: You will need to self-check in. But there's an iPad with all the instructions so it's manageable. Tax will also be paid when check in so have your payment method ready. The whole check-in proces...

Instead of packing so many clothes on our trip, we only ...
