Very helpful front staff. Great service mind and spoke perfect English (The lady on 19 July 2025 around 8pm-9pm). Convenient location next to Hakata Station.

Very convenient hotel. Next to a family mart and across the street from Hakata station. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Spoke English well. Room was cheap and quiet and I had no issues with anything. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

The cleanliness of this hotel is not reliable, there is trash on the floor and clothing tags left by the previous tenant. The only advantage is that it is close to the station. If you choose not to clean the room for consecutive stays, the room will not be replenished with amenities, and the front desk customer service attitude is indifferent.

How can the room be so~~~ dirty?! I’ve never lived in such a dirty hotel in my more than 10 times’ accommodation experiences in Japan. Carpet and air conditioner vent in the room are very dusty, which could trigger allergic symptoms such as coughing… The location makes the hotel convenient to all travelers. But still not recommended to stay there…

Super close to Hakata, so rolled luggage doesn’t take a beating. Clean rooms with plenty of amenities for the travelers. Comfortable bed and nice atmosphere despite having no windows. (Windows would have made for a noisier sleep.) cool clothes dryer, too.
