Good location , I always stay here whenever I travel to Fukuoka , 3 times in this hotel , from exit 4 there is escalator and only 3 minutes walk , there are many convenience stores around the hotel , I like everything here , I will stay there again next year

This hotel is great. The only thing it needs is comfortable furniture in the lobby or on the second floor. What they have now in the lobby is like sitting on a stone bench even though it's wood with no padding and no real seat.

The hotel’s location in the heart of the entertainment district may not be suitable for family trips. The rooms were small but manageable, and the Japanese-style breakfast was enjoyable. However, it was disappointing that the hotel did not offer the traditional ryokan experience.

So far, the only thing going for this hotel is the location. We've stayed in over 6 different hotels in the last three weeks, and yours was the only one that didn't provide bottles of water or a water filter. The price of your hotel is ridiculous considering how dated everything is. The TV information system struggles to respond. It has no apps. Your TVs appear to be 15 years old.... which wouldn...
