Pros: Great location. Tight space. Good bathroom. Cons: the contactless check in was not only a hassle but stressful as we could not get in at night and were locked out for a while. Finally we got a hold of someone who helped us get in.

Room: Very dirty. Cushions with dirts and odor(stinky). Put a narrow and dirty mattress on the sofa for a person's sleep. Service: a towel for each person, for 3days stay it gave us 4 towels on first day, and ask additional charge for a towel each day. They didn't change towels. Visited Dec 7 2024. Self check-in. Accesible from Hakata and Gion subway stations. Taxi accessible as well. Very near Canal City mall and walkable from Hakata station. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine with spin dryer, and has a drying rack. Our room had 2 double beds. Room has air conditioning and heating. Good place to stay.

Come on, they sent us no data to enter into the building!!!! And you call emergency and there is an answering machine!!!! Not even wifi working.... Not recommended at all ( especially in winter!!!! )
