Everything is perfect but the only suggested improvment is that we hope hotel can do the luggage direct transfer from FUK airport. nearly every 4* up hotel can do it at the airport. We are quite shocked when we heard them the hotel didnt accept this service. than we have to spend the extra time to bring our luggage back to hotel before we start our 1st day trip.

We booked an adjoining room which is really convenient for our family. It’s quite difficult to find such room in a Japanese hotel. Nice hotel with friendly staffs.
