They did not try to accommodate our requests of having a non-smoking room especially us having a baby. We went to Grand Hyatt instead. The hotel is old and not kid-friendly. Same your time and money and go somewhere else. Location is the only advantage, but even then it’s not worth it.

Excellent location. Location is the only great advantage. Aged hotel, limited n not quality amenities. room is just ok in size, not big but not horribly tiny. Very poor WiFi unable to watch YouTube smoothly.

Hotel is pretty dated with limited amenities but location is almost unbeatable in Fukuoka. Direct connection to Canal City provides convenient access to shopping and great dining options (particularly ramen stadium). I drove during my stay but I am pretty sure transit is convenient as well (walking distance from Hakata station). Parking was $15 or so a day and allows for in and out privileges. ...

Convenient stay as the hotel is located within Canal City. A distance away from train stations, however. Rooms were comfortably sized and clean. Excellent service and it appeared that they had many staff members who spoke a variety of languages.

Room was alright. Pretty small, but it wasn't bad. The bathroom smells like piss - I didn't really see an indoor fan inside the bathroom, so that may be the reason why. First floor smells like cigarette because they have a smoking room right next to the check-in counter.
