I found this park by accident, because we were looking for a place to change the baby and give him some milk. We found a nice parking area at the top of the mountain. The view from the boardwalk was awesome! This place gives you a nice view of the whole bay. The bathrooms were clean and new. There was some construction going on, but it was not a problem.
