Elevators, stroller loans, nursing rooms, and diaper tables ease a visit with a baby, yet parents must hush noise in quiet galleries and displays offer little visual stimulation for infants.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Allows time to view exhibits, use play spaces, and take breaks with the baby.
Visit Seeds of Life Play Space:
Let your baby explore the soft, tatami-mat area with gentle interactive artworks.
Tip: Use the nearby nursing rooms for feeding breaks.
Borrow a Stroller:
Rent a lightweight stroller at reception free of charge.
Tip: Pick it up on arrival to move smoothly through the galleries.
Use the Baby Room:
Find the quiet baby room on the 8th floor with changing and resting areas.
Tip: Bring your own supplies and use the small sink for quick cleanups.
Relax in the Art Café Reading Lounge:
Sit by the river view and browse art books while your baby rests.
Tip: Choose a corner chair for extra space and quiet.
