Wow, I can't rave about this place enough. They have everything you need, in very affordable and easy to manage packages. The domes are roomy and have comfy beds, coffee, fridge, slippers, and an a/c heater. There's a small onsen, perfect for after a long day hiking. There is no choice of rating under zero, if we can, definitely we will do. The reception staff was impolite. There was no hot water to wash hand in winter time even at super cold night. It is a glamping but charge for all basic facilities. The ladies bathroom was breakdown but there was no sign, finally found a sign at the male’s bathroom side. And the shower time wad very limited. Spacious room and great location. Facing Mt Fuji and next to lake. Staffs are friendly and kids love it. Perfect location for family with young kids. We all love it. Free drinks and cup noodles.

Beautiful and spacious rooms for four people at a good price. The staff was kind and friendly and the service was good. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway from the usual city life. Peaceful atmosphere and will defnitely recommend and come again.

First time to try glamping and it didn't disappoint. Loved the vibe of the place. The room was really cozy. The star projector speaker made the room prettier. I just wished it was a bit far from the road. Loved the scenery as well. You can see Mt Fuji from here. And Lake Yamanakako is nearby.
