Unbelievably nice hotel. Excellent service and really spacious rooms. Wonderful views all around and nice onsens inside. Room came with a shower and bath too for those who don’t like Onsen. Staff are really kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are really great and highly recommended too!

Superb Onsens, so many options, my favourite being the outdoor footbath with the view. The buffet style was delicious. The drum show and mochi making event was fun to watch. The service and staff went beyond our expectations to accommodate us even though we were tourist and made us feel right at home. I want to personally thank the bar staffs for making our proposal memorable with your kindness.
