very bad front desk service. No staff can speak english, and they did not care if you can standard what they say. I was try to book a taxi in mid night but the guy said ok, turn out that he booked a taxi for a wrong time, and ask the guest to pay for the booking fee. And the worst thing is the bad attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!! strongly advise not to stay if you are not Japanese speaking

Smell of cigarette in the building. They give only 1 card key even 2 people stay. There slippers are old ones. Staff greet me, “welcome” even I came back from shopping???

had a very good time here, room was decently furnished with excellent view of fuji san. the onsen is also very good although a bit crowded at night with a nice open air option. the attached restaurant is quite good too. no complains

We were stunned to see the Mount Fuji from our window in the morning. It was so beautiful. The room was big, clean and had slippers and bathrobes. The shower was a bit frenzy. To use the toilet I needed a Google translator.😄 Superfast internet. Free parking. Low sound insulation, I could hear people next door.

Rooms quiet and comfortable and we had a great view of Mt. Fuji in the morning! Great onsen but NOT tattoo friendly. It's open to the public and gets very busy. It closes at 10pm and doesn't open in the morning until after check out time. Pretty disappointing since I booked this hotel to enjoy the onsen. The laundry room was convenient for washing and drying our clothes after climbing.
