The villa itself was okay but a few things brought down the experience for me. First, the washing machine wasn't working. Second, the view wasn't quite as impressive as I'd hoped. On top of that, there was no reception and when I called for help with the washing machine, they weren't able to assist.

Spent two nights. Location is perfect. Where you can see the perfect sunrise in 2 minutes waking distance. The villa is pretty big. We check in 3 adults and 2 kids. Space is pretty decent. Great stay at this villa after saw so many good reviews. We stay at room 102 which have a fantastic view of the lake & Mt Fuji . You can brought your own food and purchase the food at the super market at Selva . The villa provide all the kitchen utensils that you need. We have the hot plate BBQ for our dinner . Date : 1st Apr 2024. Go to the nearby lake where you can meet the swan 🦢

Great place for family and friends outing. For uptown 10 persons per room. Spacious inside. All equipments and any other necessities are included. Bathroom is good. With free wifi and smart Tv. With Balcony for BBq party outside. And the most important thing is the view of the Mount Fuji just in front of the villa with Lake Yamanaka just a few steps away.

The design of the whole house was beautiful. Everything functioned well. The jacuzzi Bath was clean and wonderful. The best is that you got the Mount Fuji view from the bath in the morning (house 101). The internet connection for check in outside was bad though and we encountered some problem at check in. Make sure you arrive before 10pm for check in!
