I live in room 104 The washing machine and clothes dryer was malfunctional There is no house keeper to serve you. The road leading to the hotel itself is narrow and I do not recommend people come there by driving especially with 7seater car 🫥 I would not recommend this place 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

A house with a full kitchen was a nice break from small hotel rooms. Very clean, great view of Mt. Fuji from the top floor deck. These are completely unmanned, requests for services are basically automated emails so don't expect much assistance.
