The services was fantastic. There was one receptionist, who had good communication skills and he managed to speak in easy Japanese slowly so that I could understand 100%. Although we were unfortunate that we could not see mount Fuji, the services and the aesthetic of the room have satisfied us. The food was average.

everything was great - room was clean and comfortable, and had a shower. Dinner and breakfast course meals were sumptuous. Onsen was very clean and comfortable - best views too. Service staff were great! Especially the Chinese speaking waiter at the restaurant who explain d the menu to us in detail. Overall a very good experience! Would recommend!

We stayed for one night in Bettei Rin Japanese style room with mountain view and dinner. The Japanese lady at the reception was friendly and helpful. There weren’t many shops and restaurants nearby so you might have to take a bus to go around. The bus stop is just next to the hotel. The hotel sells some snacks and cup noodles but I do recommend to buy snacks from minimart near the train station ...

Stayed here for 2 nights inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Room and main dining area have view of Mt Fuji. Meals provided was exquisite and delicious mostly. Hotel staff service was also great. Room size was quite big and traditional tatami styled. Location is also near to major attractions and stepping out with view of the lake and mountain.

We opted for the basic room, but were disappointed by the view of Mt. Fuji—it was partially obstructed by other parts of their building, and the room itself was quite small. If you plan to stay here, ...
