Stopped in for lunch in the restaurant. Amazing service and food, the restaurant had a luxurious style and the staff were excellent

Though the location is a bit of a walk from Kofu station but it’s still a decent walk. The entrance itself is elegant and shows a lot of warmth this hotel offers. Service is impeccable at this hotel, every staff I encountered is absolutely friendly and willing to help. Hotel and rooms are a bit dated, however, well maintained. I am amazed how spotless my room is, kudos to the house keeping staff. There is men's and women's public bath on the first floor, with indoor and outdoor tubs although not very big. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really appreciate how good their English is. Perfect location Stayed in the jr suite which is very spacious, extremely clean and quiet. It has a great mattress, nice furniture, and a huge bathroom, Beautiful lobby, bar and restaurants. Loved the Japanese breakfast and the spa.

There is something engaging about the décor. It is clearly a reformed old hot springs hotel, but smoothly blended with South East Asian. Naturally, hotels are more than interior design. So I'm happy to announce that even the western style rooms are spacious and clean, and that the hot springs bath are upgraded and ... hot. The water is mineral rich, with a hint of sulfur.
