Best view ever!!! Very outdated rooms and furniture, with very small bathroom. Amazing Onsen and public bath. Location is out of reach however the hotel provides a free shuttle so make sure you use it!

I only used their public bath and sauna, but it was worth it. The view was beautiful, and the location was convenient. The space was clean and well-maintained. The only drawback was that to access the public bath and sauna, you have to change floors. However, if you prefer to stay in the sauna, you can enjoy a great view of Mount Fuji nearby.

Everything about this hotel was amazing and I would have stayed here for days if I could have! The staff was very accommodating, and the rooms all have a view of the mountain. The open air one is stunning, and on the bottom floor they have an even larger area featuring massage chairs, a sauna, cold bath, and more hot springs, inside and outside. There were plenty of shower areas available, and the...

The best part of this hotel is the mount Fuji view followed by their breakfast at a gorgeous hall with the Mt Fuji view. And the spring! Forgot the hot spring with a gorgeous view as well. Only their bathroom and the TVs are kinda old but overall, not a bad experience. ANOTHER BIG ISSUE, there was nothing to do around and it’s a lot of hassle to even get out in the area outside the hotel without t...

Great place to do onsen but it would be quite dark and eerie as you are mostly alone if you go to the top floor. Nice view for Mount Fuji and the window can be opened to take pictures. There is a garden as well for you to take pictures. There is a lady by name of Shwe Yi (if I remember correctly), who is exceptionally nice and friendly. She caters to our needs and helps us to explain how to get ar...
