Lobby & rooms – spacious, clean, with big windows (many angled toward Fuji). • Buffet breakfast – generous spread of Japanese and Western dishes. • Spa facilities – relaxing baths and the connected “Fujiyama Onsen” if you want the full soak-with-Fuji experience. • Location – easy to get into Kawaguchiko town or down to the lakes, but quiet enough to feel like a getaway.

We booked the Thomas-Hiro room and it was huge. 2 beds, one walk way, one dining area, one make up area and one bath tub. Price is huge as well. The view wasn't the mount Fuji and it was the fuji q highland view. You get free public onsen but not fantastic. No gym. You get priority access to Fuji q highland AR 830am. Means no queue to take the scariest ride in mount Fuji.

We had an amazing experience at highland resort. We loved everything about the hotel, from the free shuttle, early entry into fuji q, proximity to fujisan parking lot making it really easy to go to mt. Fuji. We tried the Japanese, macaroni grill, and breakfast buffet and everything was delicious. Front desk staff was kind and knowledgeable. I loved the room amenities.

Best resort in Fujikawaguchiko! Got a very good deal one month before my arrival date! Onsen was free for hotel guests and we really enjoyed it! Breakfast was at a restaurant with an amazing view of Mount Fuji!! We also had free tickets to Fuji on Q amusement park which was nice! Service was phenomenal and staff greeted us every time we returned to the hotel which doesn’t happen in the Tokyo ...

Centrally located between Mount Fuji (35kms), the Lakes (10mins), a town (2minutes) with an abundnt range of food, and other attractions. The building is linked to a well renowned Onsen and "Q" bus station. Besides getting buses to your attractions, there's a free shuttle bus to a number of tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious including sizes around 25 Square Metres. The family theme pa...
