Amazing and Perfect... Close with station and the room very clean and traditional style.... I will comeback again oneday...

Review is for the bike rental service:- Easy to get to (opposite of Kawaguchiko station), straightforward rental process (fill up a short form + payment) with plenty of bike choices and units available. The staff is extremely efficient. Rented an e-bike for ¥2,500 for the whole day (rate shown as rental of more than 5 hours but to be returned on the same day before shop closes).

This guesthouse is very convenient for traveling as it is located near Kawaguchiko Station. The staff at the check-in counter, whom I’m not sure if they are the owner, provided excellent service and were very friendly with the guests. The room was clean in a Japanese-style design, and the shared bathroom was also clean and convenient. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay. I highly recommend it ...

I was worried at the beginning as I was not used to shared bathroom but what they provide was great. Very clean and tidy. They provide you everything you need; drinking water, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, towel and toiletries. Location is superb. Safety and security is great. Staff is friendly. You can deposit your baggage at the guesthouse.

Had an interesting time at this place. Was the very last stop on our 3 week trip and really just needed somewhere comfy and restful. This was our first experience in traditional style accommodation. My tired and sore body really struggled to get up and down off the floor for both seating and sleeping. Shared facilities were OK. I definitely compare this place to a dated hostel.
