Booked this hotel hoping it would be a pleasant stay despite the poor reviews, but unfortunately they were accurate. The rooms are incredibly spacious, which is big enough for at least 6 people to sleep, though interiors are a bit simple. This hotel also offers free onsen and a quite nice buffet. The location just next to Lake Yamanaka is also another plus point. Generally speaking, they are professional, the room temperature is very warm and I do not have anything to complain.

The room was very large and spacious with 3 beds. The bathroom was not clean with hair all over the floor. The staff came and cleaned straight away and were very helpful . They leant us an international charger as ours wasn't working.

We had a great stay and highly recommend visiting. Staff were very helpful. The only letdown was the rooms. But issues were very quickly resolved.
