Fujikawaguchiko Resort Hotel (couple trip)

Good location in the middle of town with plenty of private parking. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable with decent amenities. Staff were professional. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our April 2025 trip. We had room that faced the parking lot which was fine as we were outside for most of the day. We really enjoyed it's central location with free shuttles between Kawaguchiko station and Fuji Q Highland station. This was my second time staying at the hotel and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early as my daughter was feeling unwell after a long flight – which we truly appreciated. Their kindness and hospitality made a big difference. Highly recommend this place!

I stayed here in Mid April and it was great! The room is spacious with Mount Fuji view. I booked last minute and the view was a little-blocked one, guess that’s what I could get. There’s one Izakaya just in front of the hotel (didn’t get to try) and one home stay across the street offering Japanized western food (with good price). It’s about 10 mins walk from the main Kawaguchiko Station.
