The stay was almost perfect - stayed there with my parents, toddler and husband and stayed in the Presidential Two-Bedroom Suite. The space was huge and my toddler was so happy running around. Service and hospitality was great. Would’ve gotten a 5 star if it wasn’t for the bright exit lights in our room hallway shining into our bedrooms. If they only had the same curtains in the hallway in the roo...

Lovely getaway to experience a private Onsen near Mount Fuji. Make sure to book the room with a private onsen (hot thermal bath), even though it is a bit pricy but still gives you a special experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially as they guide you to your breakfast spot every morning (private dining for each group who booked the rooms with private onsen).

We also did the dinner which was easily one of the best meals we had on the trip, excellent quality and service, which flowed into an amazing breakfast as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place, we ...

The room is clean, bright with ambient lighting, and spacious. The onsen is also clean and more than big enough for 2! The staff here is amazing, helpful, and friendly. We were greeted as soon as we got off our car. The check in process was the easiest I've...
