Happy with my stay. Rooms were clean, corridors were quiet, staff were helpful. The onsen was great, helped me recover after hiking Shirane Sanzan.

Overall, this is a very good hotel. Located around 15 minutes walk from the train station and close to bars, resturants, and shops. Onsen is excellent with cold, hot, and outside baths + saunas. Free ice creams and noodles are provided in the evening. Room was fine, clean and a reasonable size. Breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western options, the breakfast location is a little too s...

The place was in the center of a lot of restaurants/bars, which is just located below. Staff were very helpful and professional. The onsen was amazing with an indoor and outdoor spa. My only complaint is that the pillow was too hard.

Very nice hotel with clean rooms and an onsen. In the morning there is free coffee and milk and at night free ice cream and ramen noodles. Parking is available at the hotel and the onsen is clean and very big. There is both indoor and outdoor bath, a cold bath and a sauna. Definitely recommend to stay here

Nothing I have to complain about, really. The hotel is quite modern and in good co...
