Excellent area with many koi fish and ducks. You can pay to feed the animals and take swan boat rides. Very kid friendly.

Okok boat ride of 20-30min to see Mount Fuji from the lake. The timing is every 30min. What I didn’t enjoy are the many flies on the beach and in the boat when u open the windows. N don’t think it’s worth 1100yen. Will skip it.

Fun teacup / swan pedal boat rental in 30 minute chunks. Fun experience - definitely can spend an easy hour on the water. Consider getting a swan for more leg room though. The teacup is made for someone 5’5” or less in height. Don’t forget to buy duck food because the swans, fish, and ducks will all follow you around and come right up to the boat expecting to be fed.
